ABOUT GOTHAM PILATES
An amalgam of form & function
Gotham Pilates was founded in August 2005 by native New Yorker, Laura Sepulveda. Together with her team of experienced and certified instructors, they honor the work of Joseph Pilates through individual and group sessions. A range of styles- including Pilates, dance, fitness, and yoga- are customized to achieve a balanced “amalgam of form and function.” Its fully equipped boutique studio in downtown La Jolla, just steps to the beach, offers clients an inspiring and non-competitive environment to improve strength, flexibility, and vitality- for today and the future.
