Class size is limited! Be sure to call the studio phone line for updates / cancellation status!
And please remember:

  • Reservations are strongly suggested, but walk-ins are welcome.
  • All class participants must be cleared by Laura.
  • A minimum of 5-15 privates may be required prior to class participation.
  • Cancel by 6:00 pm the night before for all classes, or you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Studio Protocols

  • Remove street shoes upon entering.
  • Please - pretty-please - turn off all cell phones, Blackberries, iPhones, etc upon entering the studio.
  • Please monitor open containers of liquid. No food allowed in the studio.
  • Refrain from using body lotion, body oils, perfumes, colognes or anything heavily scented.
  • Schedule / instructors may change at any time.
  • To enhance concentration, focus and flow, kindly refrain from conversation during class.

Class Descriptions (classes may change periodically)

Dance Fusion
Laura's signature class blends a jazz dance warm-up with a splash of yoga, ballet and body toning exercises. The grand finale is fun choreography-inspired from various styles (including but not limited to) hip-hop, funk, latin and jazz. » see schedule

Mat Class with Props
Be prepared for classic Pilates mat work spiced up with props such as therabands, weights and the magic circle to add variety, diversity and intensity.

Golf and Tennis Mat Class
Improve biomechanics, alignment and your game with Pilates-inspired mat exercises. Learn to move more efficiently to decrease injuries.

Strengthen & Lengthen
Enjoy Laura's mix of Pilates mat exercises with old school stretching and strengthening exercises. Great for all levels, increase your body awareness, posture & alignment.

Reformer Flow / Chair Challenge
Delve into classic Pilates technique with continued movement from one exercise to the next- jump boards may be added to elevate your hearts, minds and spirit! » see schedule

Total Body Circuit
Experience all the Pilates equipment in this class packed with exercises to focus on uniform development. Jump boards are often included to incorporate cardio. » see schedule

Class Levels: Class levels are 1 through 5, 1 is equal to a beginner level and 5 is the most challenging. If no level is indicated, it is an open level class. Clients must be injury-free to participate in classes!

Fees and Registration

Consistency is the only way to experience optimal results for improved posture, alignment, strength and flexibility. Therefore, it is strongly suggested to commit to a minimum of 10 sessions (or to the series of classes being offered). Doing so will also secure your spot in class, as sizes are limited!

Once a class is closed, you will be put on a wait list; you can call the studio to check on space availability. Wait-listed individuals will pay for classes at the single class rate.
